Owner and operator Oredia Burt has over 30 years of experience in several financial service areas, including government and non-profit accounting, church tax management, and bank product preparations. She is also a current National Association of Tax Preparers board member.

 

Oredia Burt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University in 1982. Since then, she has sought further education in Tax Law and completed updates and certifications in the ever-changing US tax codes. She has received several additional certifications and Continuing Education credits throughout her 25+ year career. Some of them include Government and Not-For-Profit Accounting, Tax & Finance, Church Management Tax, Accounting Fundamentals, Intro to Quickbooks, and a Certificate of Completion in Essential & Beyond the 1040 Workshops (2009 and 2020) from the National Association of Tax Prepares (NATP). Ms. Burt is also a Notary Public for the State of North Carolina.
